I got this ring to go with my 2 carat solitaire for an everyday alternative to my eternity band. I've been wearing my Tiffany eternity band with my solitaire but it was feeling too fancy for every day. I am thinking about investing in a plain Tiffany band and wanted to try the plain look first to make sure I liked it. This is an easy way to wear a plain, simple band without spending hardly any money. It's comfortable and looks good too. It's a little bit darker then 18K gold. It looks more like platinum. Unfortunately the size I got is a little bit too big for me. I do some work in third world countries and it's recommended in some to wear a wedding band so I bought this. Ended up not using it though because of the sizelove it! By Susan
