The wristband is made of natural leather that will last and last. --- Available in 5 sizes to accommodate all wrist sizes for women and men. --- HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR BRACELET WRISTBAND LENGTH: Our Warrior Training Bracelets are made in 1/2" increments...in lengths 6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 and 8.5. To determine your wristband length: STEP ONE: Measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape or use a 5/8"-wide strip of paper to mark your wrist circumference and measure with a ruler. NOTE: The measurement should be an accurate measurement of how tight or loose you would like your bracelet to fit around your wrist. Keep in mind that the natural leather wristband of your bracelet is 5/8" wide. The measurement you give us will determine how tight or loose your bracelet will fit you. STEP TWO: Add 1/2" to your wrist measurement above to determine your bracelet length. For example: If your wrist measurement is 6.5", your recommended bracelet length is a 7.0 (6.5 + 0.5 = 7.0") NOTE: The 0.5" is added to your measurement to account for the additional length needed for the snap closure. If in doubt about your bracelet length, add 0.5" to your wrist measurement and round up to the next largest length. For example: If your wrist measurement is 6.75", your recommended bracelet length is a 7.5 (6.75 + 0.5 = 7.25", rounded up to the next bracelet length = 7.5"). Help with sizing?
